Who we are
Compliance at Workplace is a compliance eLearning company based in Mumbai, India. We design, build and deliver scenario-based and gamified training on the laws and policies Indian employers have to train their people on, from the POSH Act and the Prevention of Corruption Act to the DPDP Act and SEBI’s insider trading rules.
What we do
- Off-the-shelf courses: a library of 25 courses across 19 compliance topics, each customisable with your policies, branding and examples.
- Custom courses: training built around your own code of conduct, policies and industry scenarios.
- Gamified learning: six game-based engines, such as Quiz Master and Snakes & Ladders, that any compliance topic can be mapped onto. See gamified compliance training.
- Delivery: SCORM packages for your own LMS, or hosting on our managed Compliance Central platform with completion tracking and reports.
- Languages: English and Hindi, with other Indian languages on request, including a Hindi POSH course for blue-collar teams.
Our numbers
How our content is researched and reviewed
Every course and guide starts from the primary source: the Act, rules and regulations as published on India Code, the Gazette of India and the websites of regulators such as SEBI, RBI and MeitY. Our instructional designers turn those obligations into realistic workplace scenarios, and each module is checked against the source text before release. Articles on our blog and topic guides list the primary sources they rely on and show the date they were last updated.
When a law, rule or regulator’s circular changes, we update the affected courses and guides and record the new “last updated” date.
Editorial team
Our articles and guides are written by the Compliance at Workplace Editorial Team: instructional designers and compliance content specialists who build our courses. Content is reviewed for accuracy against the primary sources cited on each page.
