1. Who we are

This website is operated by Compliance at Workplace (VIPL), Mumbai, India (“we”, “us”). By using the website or buying our courses or services, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website to learn about our courses and services, read our articles and contact us. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to our systems, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Courses, licences and services

Courses and platform access are licensed, not sold. The scope of each licence (number of learners, term, delivery method such as SCORM package or hosted platform, and any customisation) is set out in the proposal, order form or agreement you sign with us. Where that document conflicts with these terms, that document prevails.

Unless agreed in writing, you may not resell, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute our courses outside your organisation.

4. Fees and payment

Fees, taxes and payment terms are stated in your proposal, order form or at checkout. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our courses, including text, graphics, videos, games and software, is owned by us or our licensors. Your branding, policies and materials that you provide to us remain yours, and you grant us the rights needed to use them to deliver the services you ordered.

6. Training content is not legal advice

Our courses, articles and guides explain laws and regulations for training and awareness purposes. They are not legal advice. You remain responsible for your organisation’s compliance and should take professional advice on specific situations.

7. Personal data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and how we protect learner data is described on our Security page.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website and hosted services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the website, our courses and these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when these terms last changed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Our liability for paid services is limited as set out in the agreement for those services.
