POSH Protection Extends to Everyone at the Workplace
This four-part multilingual video series builds awareness of POSH protection for people who work at, visit, or interact with organizations in non-employee capacities. It covers vendors, interns, contractors, contractual staff and workers, consultants, service providers, business partners, and other workplace visitors. Through practical scenarios presented from the perspective of these workplace stakeholders, learners understand what constitutes sexual harassment, the different forms it can take, how to report inappropriate behavior, and the rights and protections available to them. The series also explains the role of the Internal Committee and the importance of confidentiality, fair inquiry, and due process. By bringing the POSH conversation to those who may not be regular employees, the series reinforces that respect, dignity, safety, and protection from sexual harassment extend to everyone who enters or engages with the workplace. Delivered as four bite-sized videos and available in 6 languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, Assamese, Gujarati, and Kannada.
