A course designed to fully instruct employees about all the aspects of Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at the workplace. It explains what it is, the guidelines to be followed, the provisions of Act, the reporting procedure, the role of Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) and responsibility of the organisation. It uses incidents from everyday life to identify and prevent incidents that may be construed as sexual harassment.
